Connect Planzer.io to thousands of apps with Make: add tasks from your email, forms or CRM automatically, and let Planzer.io run your scenarios when you add or finish a task.
What you can do
Watch tasks (instant trigger): runs the moment you add a task in Planzer.io, or the moment you tick one off. You pick which when you set it up.
Create a task (action): adds a task with notes, a planned day, a deadline, an estimate, a priority, a project and a tag.
Complete a task (action): marks a task as done.
Get a task (action): gets a task by its ID.
Search tasks (search): finds tasks by title and status, newest first.
Make an API call: calls any endpoint of the Planzer.io API with your connection.
Before you start
Make connects to Planzer.io with a personal API key.
In Planzer.io, open Settings → Integrations.
Scroll to API keys and click Create API key.
Copy the key right away. For your security it's only shown once.
Treat the key like a password: it gives access to your tasks. You can delete a key in the same place at any time; scenarios using it stop right away.
Connect Make
Planzer.io on Make is new. Open this link and click Install to add it to your Make organization: https://eu2.make.com/app/invite/09144e67c95b62f1e9c90a5fc61e2321
In Make, create a scenario and add a Planzer.io module.
Click Create a connection and paste your API key.
Set up the rest of your scenario, click Run once to test it, then turn it on.
Ideas to get started
Star an email in Gmail or flag one in Outlook → Create a task in your inbox.
New form response in Typeform or Google Forms → Create a task for today.
New deal in your CRM → Create a task in the right project.
Watch tasks (task completed) → post a message in Slack or Microsoft Teams.
Watch tasks (task created) → add a row to a Google Sheet for your team.
Good to know
A task created without a planned day goes to your inbox. Pick a date to plan it for that day.
Tasks created through Make count toward your plan, like any other task.
Watch tasks is instant: Planzer.io tells Make as soon as a task is added or completed. Deleting the webhook in Make stops it in Planzer.io too.
To find a task to complete, use Search tasks first and map its ID into Complete a task.
