What you can do
New Task (trigger): runs the moment you add a task in Planzer.io.
Task Completed (trigger): runs the moment you tick a task off.
Create Task (action): adds a task with notes, a planned day, a deadline, an estimate, a priority, a project and a tag.
Complete Task (action): marks a task as done.
Find Task (search): finds a task by its title or ID.
Before you start
Zapier connects to Planzer.io with a personal API key.
In Planzer.io, open Settings → Integrations.
Scroll to API keys and click Create API key.
Copy the key right away. For your security it's only shown once.
Treat the key like a password: it gives access to your tasks. You can delete a key in the same place at any time; Zaps using it stop right away.
Connect Zapier
Planzer.io on Zapier is in beta. Open this link to add it to your Zapier account: https://zapier.com/developer/public-invite/247322/b70725a117a0d1e226b8f8786038b47f/
In Zapier, create a Zap and choose Planzer.io as the trigger or action app.
When Zapier asks you to sign in, paste your API key.
Set up the rest of your Zap, test it and turn it on.

New form response in Typeform or Google Forms → Create Task for today.
New card in your CRM → Create Task in the right project.
Task Completed in Planzer.io → post a message in Slack or Microsoft Teams.

Good to know
A task created without a planned day goes to your inbox. Use today or a date (YYYY-MM-DD) to plan it for a day.
Tasks created through Zapier count toward your plan, like any other task.
Triggers are instant: Planzer.io tells Zapier as soon as a task is added or completed.
