Planzer works with the Focus modes on your iPhone, so you see what matters and still get the reminders you need.
Focus filters (iOS 16 or later)
A Focus filter shows only one project in Planzer while a Focus is on. For example, while your Work Focus is on, Planzer can show just your work project.
Open the iPhone Settings app and go to Focus.
Choose a Focus, for example Work.
Under Focus Filters, tap Add Filter and choose Planzer.
Pick the project to show (Show One Project).
When the Focus ends, Planzer shows all your projects again.
Time Sensitive reminders
Planzer’s task reminders are marked Time Sensitive, so they can get through a Focus mode and reach you when they matter.
If reminders don’t come through, open Settings → Notifications → Planzer and make sure Time Sensitive Notifications is on, and check that the Focus you’re using allows Time Sensitive notifications.
Search your tasks with Spotlight
Your open tasks also show up in iPhone Search (Spotlight). Swipe down on your Home Screen, type part of a task’s name and tap the result to open it in Planzer.
