Planzer runs in your browser and as an app on your phone and computer, and everything syncs automatically between them.
Download the apps
Sign in at app.planzer.io in your web browser.
Open the user menu (your initials in the top-right corner) and choose Get the apps.
Planzer highlights the right download for the device you’re on. Pick any of the others below it.
The Get the apps page is only shown on the web version, since you already have Planzer if you’re using one of the apps.
Supported devices
iPhone and iPad: from the App Store, iOS 15 or later.
Android: from Google Play, Android 7 or later.
macOS: a .dmg download for both Apple Silicon and Intel Macs.
Windows: an .exe installer for Windows 10 and 11.

Widgets
Widgets let you see and act on your day without opening Planzer.
iPhone and iPad: the Today widget for the home screen (small, medium and large) and lock screen, plus Next Task and Next Tasks. A running timer also appears as a Live Activity. From the widgets you can tick off tasks, start tracking and stop the timer.
Android: Today in small, medium and large sizes, with buttons to complete a task, track time and stop the timer.
macOS: a Today widget.
To add a widget, use your device’s normal widget picker and search for Planzer.
Desktop menu bar and tray
On Mac, Windows and Linux, Planzer adds an icon to your menu bar or system tray. It shows what you’re tracking and how many tasks are left today, and lets you stop the timer, start your next task or add a new task.
The desktop app also has two global shortcuts that work even when Planzer isn’t in front:
⌘ + Alt + T (Mac) or Ctrl + Alt + T (Windows and Linux) starts or stops the timer.
⌘ + Alt + N or Ctrl + Alt + N adds a new task.
Light and dark mode
Open the user menu and pick System, Light or Dark under Appearance. This is saved per device, so you can use a different look on each one.
