Share to Planzer lets you capture a task from any app on your phone without copying and pasting. Whatever you share lands in your Inbox, ready to plan later.
Share something to Planzer
In Safari, Mail or any other app, tap the Share button.
Choose Planzer in the share sheet. If you don’t see it, scroll to the end of the app row and tap More to add it.
The link or text is saved to your Inbox.
What gets saved
Links: a shared link becomes a task named after the page’s title, with the link in the task’s description.
Text: shared text becomes a task in your Inbox.
On iPhone, Planzer saves straight from the share sheet without opening the app. You need to have signed in to Planzer on the phone once for sharing to work.
Plan it later
Shared items wait in your Inbox. Pick them when you run Plan my day, or drag them onto your calendar to time block them.
