How the free task limit works
On the free plan, the header shows how many tasks you have left, for example 42 tasks left. When you run out, it shows Limit reached and the Add Task button changes to Upgrade to create.

Not ready for Pro? You can earn more free tasks by reviewing Planzer.
Go to Settings → Billing on the web or in the desktop app.
Click Get more tasks by reviewing.
Leave an honest review on one or more of the listed sites: Capterra, Trustpilot, G2, AlternativeTo or Facebook, or write a text and image testimonial. Each earns 50 extra tasks. A video review earns 100.

Pro on iPhone, iPad and Android
The Planzer apps for iPhone, iPad and Android don’t sell subscriptions, and Pro features aren’t available in them, even with an active Pro plan. Use the web app at app.planzer.io or the desktop app to use Pro features and to manage your plan. Your tasks sync between all your devices as usual.
