Planzer keeps your plan in sync across all your devices automatically, so you can switch between your computer and phone without missing a beat.
How live sync works
When you add, edit, finish or reorder a task on one device, the change appears on your other devices within about a second. There’s nothing to set up, and you don’t need to refresh the page or restart the app.
This works across every version of Planzer: the web app, the iPhone, iPad and Android apps, and the Mac, Windows and Linux apps. It also keeps your widgets, the iPhone Live Activity and the desktop menu bar up to date, even when the app is closed.

Goals, templates, routines and saved filters
Your account settings
New projects and tags show up on your other devices the next time they reload Planzer.
A few preferences are saved per device on purpose, such as your light or dark Appearance setting.
Calendar events
Events from your connected calendars sync separately, straight from Google, Outlook or iCloud. Google and Outlook changes usually appear within seconds, and iCloud changes within a couple of minutes.
Items from your other tools
Items from tools like Todoist, Notion or Jira are fetched from those tools when you open them in the sidebar. If you finish something in the tool itself, it’s marked complete in Planzer the next time the sidebar refreshes (as long as the automation is turned on).
If something looks out of date
Check that you’re online. If you’re not, you’ll see an offline banner and your changes will sync when you reconnect.
Make sure you’re signed in to the same account on both devices.
Reload the page, or close and reopen the app.
