Connect Jira, Linear or GitHub to plan the issues assigned to you alongside the rest of your day.
Connect your tool
Open the switcher at the top of the sidebar and choose Add integration.
Click Jira, Linear or GitHub.
Click the connect button in the sidebar.
Sign in and allow Planzer access. For Jira, choose the site you want to connect.
What you’ll see
Planzer shows the open issues assigned to you:
Jira: across every project on your Jira site. If you have more than one site, pick the site, then narrow down to a single project if you like.
Linear: across every team. Narrow down to a single team if you like.
GitHub: across every repository, including private ones you have access to. Narrow down to a single repository if you like.
Choose All assigned to me to go back to the full list. Use Search issues to find a specific one. Issues from all three tools also appear in the All tools view.
If you see “No open issues”, nothing is assigned to you right now.
Plan issues
Drag an issue onto a day column or onto the calendar. You can estimate it, time block it and track time on it like any other task.
Automations
Go to Settings → Integrations and click Automations on the tool’s row. You can apply a tag on import, and choose what happens when you finish the issue in Planzer:
Jira: Transition issue to Done in Jira
Linear: Move issue to Done in Linear
GitHub: Close issue on GitHub
Mark complete in Planzer when finished in [tool] is on by default, so issues you close in the tool are marked complete in Planzer too. Reopening an issue in the tool doesn’t reopen it in Planzer.
Disconnect
Go to Settings → Integrations and click Delete on the tool’s row.
