Connect Todoist to see your open Todoist tasks in Planzer and plan them into your day and calendar.
Connect Todoist
Open the switcher at the top of the sidebar and choose Add integration.
Click Todoist.
In the sidebar, click the button under Connect to Todoist.
Sign in to Todoist and allow Planzer access.
Your pending Todoist tasks now appear in the sidebar. Use Search tasks to find one quickly. If the list says “Inbox zero”, you have no open tasks in Todoist.
Todoist tasks also appear in the All tools view, together with items from your other connected tools.
Plan Todoist tasks
Drag a task from the sidebar onto a day column to plan it for that day, or onto the calendar to give it a time slot. You can then estimate it, track time on it and finish it in Planzer.
Automations
Go to Settings → Integrations and click Automations on the Todoist row.
Import automations: choose a tag to add to every Todoist task you bring into Planzer.
Close task in Todoist: when you finish the task in Planzer, it’s closed in Todoist too.
Mark complete in Planzer when finished in Todoist: closing the task in Todoist marks it complete in Planzer the next time the sidebar refreshes. This is on by default.
Reopening a task in Todoist doesn’t reopen it in Planzer.
“Reconnect Todoist to enable automations”
If you see this message, Planzer only has permission to read your tasks, so it can’t close them in Todoist. Click the reconnect link and approve access again. Your settings are kept.
Disconnect Todoist
Go to Settings → Integrations and click Delete on the Todoist row.
