Notion

Connect Notion, plan pages and to-dos from your databases, and mark them done automatically.

Connect Notion to pull pages from your databases, and to-dos from your pages, into your daily plan.

Connect Notion

  1. Open the switcher at the top of the sidebar and choose Add integration.

  2. Click Notion.

  3. In the sidebar, click the button under Connect to Notion.

  4. Sign in to Notion and choose the workspace.

  5. Select the pages and databases Planzer may access, then allow access.

Planzer can only see the pages and databases you share with it in this step. If something is missing later, share it with the Planzer connection in Notion, or reconnect and select it.

Pick what to show

When Notion is selected in the sidebar:

  • Choose a database from the dropdown to see its pages.

  • Scroll to To-dos in pages to see unchecked to-do blocks from your shared pages.

  • Use Search pages and to-dos to find something specific.

If the list says “No pages yet”, pick another database or add pages in Notion.

Plan Notion items

Drag a page or to-do onto a day column or onto the calendar. It becomes part of your plan, and you can estimate it, time block it and track time on it.

Automations

Go to Settings → Integrations and click Automations on the Notion row.

  • Import automations: choose a tag to apply to everything you import from Notion.

  • Mark as done in Notion: when you finish the task in Planzer, to-do blocks are checked. Pages with a Status or Done property get that property updated; other pages are archived.

  • Mark complete in Planzer when finished in Notion: checking a to-do in Notion marks the Planzer task as complete the next time the sidebar refreshes. This is on by default.

Completion only syncs one way from Notion: unchecking something in Notion won’t reopen it in Planzer.

Disconnect Notion

Go to Settings → Integrations and click Delete on the Notion row. You can also remove Planzer’s access from your Notion settings.
