Planzer connects to the tools you already use, so all your work ends up in one plan.

All integrations are included on the free plan.
Connect a task tool
Open the switcher at the top of the sidebar (it shows My tasks by default).
Choose Add integration. You can type in Search integrations… to find a tool.
Click the tool you want. The sidebar switches to it.
Click the connect button in the sidebar and sign in to the tool to give Planzer access.
Once connected, the tool appears in the sidebar switcher. Choose All tools to see items from Todoist, Notion, Google Tasks, Microsoft To Do, GitHub, Linear and Jira together in one list.
Connect calendars and email
Calendars are connected under Settings → Calendars.
Outlook Mail is added under Settings → Integrations with Add an Outlook email.
Plan items from your tools
Drag an item from the sidebar onto a day column or onto the calendar. It becomes part of your plan, and you can estimate it, track time on it and finish it like any Planzer task.
Automations
Go to Settings → Integrations and click Automations on a tool’s row to choose:
Apply tag on import: tag everything you bring in from that tool.
What happens in the tool when you finish the task in Planzer, for example closing a Todoist task or moving a Linear issue to Done.
Mark complete in Planzer when finished in [tool]: on by default. This only works one way: reopening an item in the tool doesn’t reopen it in Planzer.
Disconnect a tool
Go to Settings → Integrations and click Delete on the tool’s row.
