Here’s how quickly changes to your calendar show up in Planzer, and what to do if something seems out of date.
How fast each calendar syncs
Google Calendar: changes usually appear within seconds.
Outlook Calendar: changes usually appear within seconds.
iCloud Calendar: changes appear within a couple of minutes.
Google and Outlook tell Planzer straight away when something changes. iCloud doesn’t, so Planzer checks it regularly instead, which is why it takes a little longer.
As a safety net, Planzer also refreshes all your calendars every few minutes, in case a change notification gets lost.
Changes you make in Planzer
When you drag, move or resize a task block, the change is sent to your calendar provider right away. It then shows up in Google Calendar, Outlook or iCloud as quickly as those apps refresh.
Your other devices
Changes you make in Planzer on one device, like finishing a task or moving a block, appear on your other devices within about a second. You don’t need to refresh or restart.
If an event seems to be missing
Wait a minute or two, especially for iCloud.
Check that the calendar the event is in is switched on under Calendars on the account’s card in Settings → Calendars.
Look for a Reconnect required badge on the account card or a banner on your dashboard. If you see one, click Reconnect.
Reload the page, or close and reopen the app.
