When you drag a task onto the calendar, Planzer creates an event for it in your planning calendar, and you decide which account that is.
Choose your planning calendar
Open the user menu (your initials in the top-right corner) and choose Calendars.
Find the card for the calendar account you want task blocks to go into.
Switch on Use for planning tasks.
Only one account can be used for planning at a time. Turning it on for one account turns it off for the others.
Why it matters
Task blocks are saved as real events in that account, so colleagues who can see your calendar will see that you’re busy.
If you use a work and a personal calendar, pick the one where you want your focus time to show up.
Events from all your connected accounts still appear in Planzer, whichever one you plan in.
“Missing a planning calendar”
If none of your accounts is set up for planning and you try to put a task on the calendar, Planzer shows Missing a planning calendar. Go to Settings → Calendars and switch on Use for planning tasks for one of your accounts, then try again.
Switching to a different planning calendar
You can change your planning calendar at any time. New task blocks go into the newly chosen account. Blocks you created earlier stay where they are.
Show or hide individual calendars
Each account card also has a Calendars list. Switch off calendars you don’t want to see in Planzer, like shared team calendars or public holidays. This only changes what Planzer shows; nothing is deleted from your calendar.
