What is Planzer.io?

An overview of Planzer: plan your day, time block your calendar, focus, track time and pull in work from your other tools.

Planzer.io is a personal daily planner that brings your tasks, your calendar and your time into one place.

What you can do with Planzer

  • Plan your day in a minute. The guided “Plan my day” flow pulls in overdue work, suggests what to tackle and can fit your tasks into the free gaps between meetings.

  • Time block your calendar. Drag any task onto your Google, Outlook or iCloud calendar to give it a slot.

  • Capture tasks fast. Type them, use quick-add shortcuts like #tag and ~30m, or just talk.

  • Focus and track time. Start a focus session or a timer on any task, and compare your estimates with the time you actually spent.

  • Pull in work from your other tools. Connect Asana, ClickUp, Notion, Todoist, Trello, Jira, Linear, GitHub, Slack and more, and plan it all in one list.

  • Reflect and improve. Wind down each day, review your week and see your trends in Analytics.

How the planner is laid out

On a computer, the dashboard has three parts:

  • The sidebar on the left holds your task list, your projects and the switcher for connected tools.

  • The day columns show the tasks planned for each day.

  • The calendar shows your events and time blocks.

Use the view buttons in the header to switch between Focus calendar, Split view and Focus tasks.

On a phone, the same things live behind the bottom tabs: Days, Inbox, Tools and Calendar.

Where you can use it

Planzer runs in your browser at app.planzer.io. There are also apps for iPhone and iPad, Android, macOS, Windows and Linux. Everything you do syncs automatically between them.

Free and Pro

You can start for free. The free plan includes the planner, calendar connections, integrations, focus sessions and time tracking, and lets you create up to 100 tasks. Planzer Pro removes the task limit and adds AI features and file attachments.
