Tags and filters help you focus on just the tasks that matter right now, such as only your deep work or only urgent tasks.
Create a tag
Open the user menu (your initials in the top-right corner) and choose Tags.
Click Create a tag.
Enter a name in Tag and pick a Tag color.
Save the tag.
To rename, recolor or delete a tag, open the options menu next to it on the Tags page and choose Edit or Delete.
Tag a task
Open the task and choose a tag. Each task can have one tag. You can also type #tagname when you quick-add a task, or tag several Inbox tasks at once with Select.
Filter your tasks
Filters are available on the desktop and web versions of Planzer.
Click the Filters button (the funnel icon) in the header.
Under Priority, tick one or more of Urgent, High, Medium and Low.
Under Tags, tick one or more tags.
Your day columns and Inbox now only show matching tasks. A small number on the funnel shows how many tag filters are active. Click a ticked option again to turn it off.
Save a filter
If you use the same filter often, save it:
Set up the priorities and tags you want.
Open Filters and click Save current filter…
Give it a name and confirm.
Saved filters appear at the top of the Filters menu under Saved. Click one to apply it, or click the × next to it to delete it.
Filter by project
To see a single project’s tasks in the Inbox, click the project in the Projects box in the sidebar. Click Clear to show all tasks again.
