There are several quick ways to get a task into Planzer: type it, use shortcuts, or just say it out loud.
Add a task to a day
Click Add Task at the bottom of any day column.
Type the title and press Enter.
The task is planned for that day. To add it to your Inbox instead, with no date, click Add a task in the sidebar.
Quick add from anywhere
Press N (or open the command palette with ⌘/Ctrl + K and choose New task).
Type your task. You can include details inline:
#tagadds a tag@projectadds it to a project~30msets the estimate!highsets the priorityA date word such as
tomorrowplans it for that day
Press Enter.
For example, Reply to Anna tomorrow !high ~30m creates a high-priority, 30-minute task for tomorrow. Tags and projects need to exist already to be matched.
Pro: With Planzer Pro, AI reads what you type and picks out the details more smartly. On the free plan you’ll see an “AI parsing: Pro” label in the quick-add box.
Talk to add tasks
Press V, click Voice above your day columns, or tap the microphone button on your phone.
Say what you need to do, for example “Tomorrow make my bed, clean the bathroom and do grocery shopping.”
Click Stop. Planzer splits what you said into separate tasks, with dates, tags and projects where it can.
Check the list, edit any titles and click the create button (for example Create 3 tasks).
Voice input works on the free plan too. To change the language Planzer listens for, go to Settings → Account → Voice language. Turn on Auto-create voice tasks in the same place to skip the review step. You can still undo from the confirmation message.
Add tasks from your other tools
If you’ve connected tools like Asana, Todoist or Jira, switch to them in the sidebar and drag their tasks onto a day or the calendar.
Free plan task limit
The free plan includes 100 tasks. The header shows how many you have left. When you reach the limit, Add Task changes to Upgrade to create. You can earn extra tasks by leaving a review, or upgrade to Pro for unlimited tasks.
