You can share a read-only view of today’s tasks with your team, your manager or anyone else, with a simple link.
Share today’s plan
Open the share window in one of these ways:
On a computer, click Share plan above your day columns.
On a phone, open the menu drawer and tap Share today’s plan.
Press ⌘/Ctrl + K and choose Share today’s plan.
Under Public link, click Copy. In the Planzer apps you can also use your device’s share sheet.
Paste the link wherever you like: a chat, an email or a status update.
Click Done.
What people can see
Anyone with the link sees a simple page with your name, the date and today’s tasks. For each task they can see:
The title and project
The estimate
The deadline
What the task is waiting on, if you’ve marked it as waiting
They can’t see any other account information, and they can’t change anything. Viewers don’t need a Planzer account.
Post your plan to Slack
If you’ve connected Slack, the share window also has Post to a Slack channel.
Type the channel, for example
#standup, or a channel ID.Click Post.
This posts the task list itself, not the link. Invite the Planzer bot to the channel first, especially if it’s private.
Stop sharing
Rotate link creates a new link. The old one stops working straight away.
Revoke turns off sharing completely.
Anyone who opens an old or revoked link sees “This link is no longer active” and will need to ask you for a fresh one.
